自2013年起，我們開始與川瀧醫師一同學習胎兒心臟病，為了培訓有志胎兒心臟超音波篩檢的年輕醫師及超音波技術員。

2015年起開辦「台兒訓練所暨神奈川胎兒超音波研究會聯合胎兒心臟超音波工作坊」，學習操作先天性心臟病例STIC影像，從身體器官位置到正常該看到的心臟血管走向，教導學員每個異常的鑑別診斷及後續會接受的治療方式。
2020年延續開辦「台兒川瀧塾」，每兩個禮拜進行一次有關胎兒心臟病的講題，以線上遠距的方式，讓川瀧醫師線上指導每一位學員深度學習。
